I was told to pay $859.45 in 30 min or I will be served with papers and arrested and have a criminal background. I offered to pay payments - they put me on hold - then said I had to pay $500 now and in 3 days the balance. She gave me this # to call before I fax over a paper with my account #, exp date, code #. When I tried to call back(through an operator) they said there is no listing for this #. I could not get through. I faxed a letter expressing more info. She called me back 2 hrs later and said I had no right to call US Attorney @ 125 Park Ave in NYC(which she told me she represented) and she wouldn't tell me the note I was to pay off. The 125 Park Ave had no listing of US Attorney ofice.

These people are telemarketers. They keep calling me insisting I won something and trying to sell me things even after I told them I'm both underage and not interested and won't stop calling and harassing me. I need to know who they are so I can report them and get the law to make them stop calling since just asking them to stop wasting my phone minutes doesn't seem to be working.

This number is an outgoing call number only. I've gotten several calls from these people, who swear that they can lower my credit card interest rates although I've never once even applied for a credit card. Before you can get the words "I don't own a credit card" out of your mouth they hang up. If you call back, you get a "this party is not accepting phone calls at this time" message. I WILL find a way to get around this, and when I do SOMEONE is going to be very hurt, and unhappy.

Please stop calling.

Called would not leave message about purpose of call

Want's my personal information, but will not tell me who they are, and why they want my personal information... I have asked them to stop calling repeatedly, but of course, that doesn't work.
